Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes. We currently deliver across Dhaka and selected locations outside Dhaka through trusted courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed as quickly as possible after confirmation. Timing depends on your delivery zone, courier availability, and the products in your cart.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is zone-based. The current default rate is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka, with promotional offers appearing from time to time.

What payment methods are available?

Cash on delivery is available, and any additional payment options will appear at checkout when enabled.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If something becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or an updated timeline.
